Ceremonies of 43RD WorldSkills Competition

The Geraldo José de Almeida complex, better known as the Ibirapuera Gymnasium will host the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of WorldSkills São Paulo 2015.
The site, which covers 95 thousand square metres, will receive more than 8,500 people from Member countries and regions, including their Competitors, families, students, national and international authorities, sponsors, special guests and the press.
The Opening Ceremony will take place on 11 August 2015, from 19:00 to 21:30 and will feature a grand Parade of Nations (composed of more than 50 participating countries and regions), and entertainment which highlights typical Brazilian cultural dances and more. The Closing Ceremony, one of the most exciting moments of the event, will be held on 16 August 2015 from 18:00 to 21:00, and will present to the public the winners of the Competition. Both Ceremonies will be live streamed around the world.
