How did you get interested in your skill?
From my childhood, I always got fascinated with the machines especially the automobiles. Then in engineering I found that there are software by help of which we can design and make the products and see them working by ourselves. This idea created the interest in me for the skill.
Where did you do your training for your skill?
I did my training initially at my home through internet and my college. Then after selections in the WorldSkills India finals Autodesk is giving training.
How did you first find out about your Member organization and its programs?
I visited the WorldSkills international website from which I got the information about the member organisation, the skills it participates and its programs.
Who influenced you to pursue your skill as a career?
My college professors encouraged me to take this skill seriously as I was interested in it from the beginning.
What is your experience in participating with your Member organization?
The member organisation is giving me complete support from the infrastructure needed to the training required. Thus it is very pleasant participating with my member organisation.
Describe your most memorable moment so far with WorldSkills?
The most memorable moment was winning the WorldSkills India finals and getting the chance to represent India at the world stage.
Describe what your experience has been since your involvement with WorldSkills
The experience has been very interesting. It is great to be a part of such competition which increases your skill as well as gives you a chance to know the calibre of other countries. I have surely broaden my knowledge horizon by getting involved in this competition

What do you currently do? Where do you work?
I am currently doing my bachelor of engineering degree from Fr. C. Rodrigues Institute of Technology, Vashi. I am in the final year.
What are your future career aspirations?
I want to be a design engineer and want to work on new and innovative concepts which are sustainable and which make human life easier.
