1.    How did you get interested in your skill?

I have always been interested in 3D Modelling. IN this skill I found many resources and tasks I have ever liked to do. Also, I felt interested in the work the previous competitor performed.

 

2.    Where did you do your training for your skill?

In Antioquia, Colombia, at SENA facilities, in the Technology of Advanced Manufacturing training Centre.

 

3.    How did you first find out about your Member organization and its programs?

I heard about SENA through an educational offer published in its web page

4.    Who influenced you to pursue your skill as a career?

The Instructor in charge of this skill was the one who encouraged me to follow with this.

 

5.    What is your experience in participating with your Member organization?

I got first place in national competence. Then, I went to WS Americas representing Colombia and got second place.

 

6.    Describe your most memorable moment so far with WorldSkills?

It was when I got recognition as the best competitor in national competence.

 

7.    Describe what your experience has been since your involvement with WorldSkills

It has been a chance to grow up. The challenges I have passed by have filled me with lots of knowledge in both my technical component and my life itself.

 

8.    Did participating in the skills competitions and training for WorldSkills help you progress in your skill? Please describe.

Yes, it did. Mostly because of the time dedicated to improve, I could gain confidence and do things faster. I feel I have improved notoriously.

 

9.    What do you currently do?  Where do you work?

I am studying.

 

10.  What are your future career aspirations?

I want to become a professional in my field of knowledge to gain more knowledge and learn more cocepts.
