How did you get interested in your skill?
Developed a keen interest when still a child

Where did you do your training for your skill?
First had industry specialized training at secondary school, and then studied in Services sector college.

How did you first find out about your Member organization and its programs?
First found out a year ago when I was chosen to compete at the National Skills Competition WS Belarus.

Who influenced you to pursue your skill as a career?
I myself had a burning desire to do this. My parents supported me and never discouraged me or put any obstacle to pursuing the skill as a career.

What is your experience in participating with your Member organization?
No experience as Belarus has just joined WS.

Describe your most memorable moment so far with WorldSkills?
When I took part at the WorldSkills CIS+ 19-23 May in Kazan what I liked about it was very interesting and impressive haircuts and designs as well as a chance to know very skilful and creative Competitors.

Describe what your experience has been since your involvement with WorldSkills

Did participating in the skills competitions and training for WorldSkills help you progress in your skill? Please describe.
Training for WS influences a lot on your professional growth. When you continuously repeat the same movements and elements you horn your quality and gain in speed. People without such a chance achieve the same results far later.

What do you currently do? Where do you work?
I have a part-time job at the Hairdresser’s.

What are your future career aspirations?
I would like to open my own salon.
