I did my training at Wieser Wohnkeramik.

I had heard about it from my parents and some friends.

I think that nobody had influenced me. I like the job a lot and that's why I followed all.

What is your experience in participating with your Member organization?
I only have good experience. All the people are really nice and they liked my from the beginning I think. There is also a good working climate.

Our Team meeting were the most interesting moments for me because I learned much about the organisation and I met a lot of new people who are also nice.

I learned a lot about a "team" and the different behaviors all over the world that was really the most exciting thing.

Did participating in the skills competitions and training for WorldSkills help you progress in your skill? Please describe.
Yes I think so because you can not only see your work, also that of others. And you can also compete and compare with the other competitors.

I build up my building again and again in a big hall. If the building is ready my trainer help me to find mistakes which I can make better the next time.

What are your future career aspirations?
I think that I will not always work as a tailor. I will do further education for something similar like an expert on construction sites.
