How did you get interested in your skill?
My brother is welder.He talked a lot about welding.He told methat thanks to welding a lot we can create. Since my childhood I have seen many times how he's doing welding. After high school I entered college on my favorite specialty welding. Such Iget interested in welding.

Where did you do your training for your skill?
Institute of Engineering and Technology, Thermal Power Plant #4, Ouy Tolgoi company.

How did you first find out about your Member organization and its programs?
Ministry of Labour organized a National Skill Competition 2014 by special programs in Ulaanbaatar.

Who influenced you to pursue your skill as a career?
Teacher S.Bayraa

What is your experience in participating with your Member organization?
Ministry of Labour organized a National Skill Welding Competition in three steps for last two years.

Describe your most memorable moment so far with WorldSkills?
Winning at the a National Skill Welding Competition. I often like to remember that I was fine in the National Skill Welding Competition.I am sure that I will participate successfully in the World skills competition for welding. I really want it.

Describe what your experience has been since your involvement with WorldSkills
After participating in the WorldSkills competition, I plan my mentor, and I will teach him to weld using my own experience, which I gained during the preparation for it and with the participation in the competition.

Did participating in the skills competitions and training for WorldSkills help you progress in your skill? Please describe.
Participation in competitions WorldSkills and training really helped me to progress in qualifying and improved my welding skill. Due to prepare for the WorldSkills competition of course I gain a lot of experience. My hobby is welding.I love working on welding and doing welding plates, pipes and other structures.I became no.1 among yanger welders in my country.

What do you currently do? Where do you work?
Student Institute of Engineering and Technology, Mongolia. Now I'm preparing for the WorldSkills competition.All attention paid only for preperation of the WorldSkills competition.In the future I am planning to work in the big company.

What are your future career aspirations?
In the future I am planning to work in the big company such as welder and continue to study welding technology engineer.
