How did you get interested in your skill?
Pastry is just like art work, and also the attractive taste of dessert.

Where did you do your training for your skill?
Institute for Tourism Studies, Macao, China.

How did you first find out about your Member organization and its programs?
From my friends and they are working in pastry.

Who influenced you to pursue your skill as a career?
My Best friend, schoolmates, teacher and family.

What is your experience in participating with your Member organization?
I’ve being supported by my member organization during the training in France and the daily practise.


Describe your most memorable moment so far with WorldSkills?
I’ve joined a sugar work training in France in order to prepare the WorldSkills competition.

Describe what your experience has been since your involvement with WorldSkills
I’ve been doing a lot of practices.

Did participating in the skills competitions and training for WorldSkills help you progress in your skill? Please describe.
Yes, in order to enhance my live competition experience, I’ve participated a live chocolate showpiece competition at Hofex in Hong Kong.

What do you currently do? Where do you work?
Currently I don’t have a job and I practise for WorldSkills competition during weekdays.

What are your future career aspirations?
I hope that I will have my own cake shop.
