How did you get interested in your skill?
I was always fascinated by latest gadgets and electronic systems. the green and blue PCBs that I discovered in different devices always sparked my curiosity. Thus I opted for a Bachelor in Technology program in Electronics and Communications Engineering. I worked on various microcontrollers, electronics circuit design using digital and analog electronics and PCB design. With more and more work experience, the interest in electronics got multiplied.

Where did you do your training for your skill?
I did all my trainings at NSDC. I also work with industry for some specific modules in Maven Systems, Pioneer Digital Technologies and Su-Kam Power Systems.

How did you first find out about your Member organization and its programs?
NSDC, my training center has informed me first about WorldSkills competition and India, my country is a memberorganisation of same.

Who influenced you to pursue your skill as a career?
The decision to pursue my skill as my career did not develop in an instant. Firstly, I was fully supported by my family to pursue the career of my choice. then, my school and college teachers always appreciated my efforts in this skill.

What is your experience in participating with your Member organization?
India is on a mission to provide skills workforce to the world. WorldSkills India has been encouraging youngsters for developing and showcasing their skills through various regional and national competitions. Through various training programmes, I have gained invaluable experience and would like to be associated with the organisation even after the competition to promote skill development in my country.

Describe your most memorable moment so far with WorldSkills?
The most memorable moment with WorlldSkills was when I won the final competition in my country and got selected for representing my country internationally.

Describe what your experience has been since your involvement with WorldSkills.
Through WorldSkills platform, I got a great chance to prove my mettle and excel in this skills. I have gone through various phases of training and improved my skills in the specific modules of the competition. I have developed proficiency on different software and hardware tools which are used by the industry. Thus, I have gained an amazing exposure which will help me in my future.


Did participating in the skills competitions and training for WorldSkills help you progress in your skill? Please describe.
I have gained a lo of technical as well as non-technical experience in my journey with WorldSkills so far. I have met many industry professionals and have also showcased my strength in electronics to them. During the training, I have learned to increase my productivity.

What do you currently do? Where do you work?
Currently, I am 8th semester student, pursuing Bachelor in Technology in Electronics and Communication branch.

What are your future career aspirations?
I would like to work for an electronics design organization where I can further hone my design and development skills. Also, I want to pursue a Master's degree program (MS) in the field of embedded systems or computer architecture.
