How did you get interested in your skill?
At a young age I worked in an auto repair shop, It was there I got my interest in working on cars, I liked taking broken things apart and finding the fault and fixing it.

Where did you do your training for your skill?
I did my training at Århus Technical school, with Expert Carsten Carbers

Who influenced you to pursue your skill as a career?
It was mostly myself, but also my old boss who told me I was very good with cars

Describe your most memorable moment so far with WorldSkills?
It would be when my coach and I found out that we could borrow one of the cars from Ford Denmark to train on. That’s a very good feeling to be able to get a brand new car to work on.

Describe what your experience has been since your involvement with WorldSkills
I have done a lot of training with my coach and will do a lot before the competition,
Also I have met a lot of new people with the Danish national team. And I have found out how big a thing worldskills is.

Did participating in the skills competitions and training for WorldSkills help you progress in your skill? Please describe.
I think that my training and the competitions I went to, has done a lot for me. I have moved myself to get a lot more knowledge and I think that I personally has become a stronger person.

What do you currently do? Where do you work?
I work as Auto-mechanic. I work at A. Boesenbæk in Give, Denamrk

What are your future career aspirations?
I would like to become a Teacher within my skill as a auto-mechanic
