My name is Cai,Zong-Hong. I come from a beautiful island called Taiwan. I was studied bakery in Kai-Ping Culinary School. This is my first national competition. And I will spend all my time to win this honor. Not because of myself, and also for my school and my country. 
1. How did you get interested in your skill?
因為家裡是開麵包店的,所以從小就很熱愛麵包。

3. How did you first find out about your Member organization and its programs?
因為學校有培訓技能競賽的選手。

4. Who influenced you to pursue your skill as a career?
我的爸爸,因為家裡是開麵包店的,爸爸也是麵包師傅。

5. What is your experience in participating with your Member organization?
第一次參加

6. Describe your most memorable moment so far with WorldSkills?
比賽結束前五分鐘,藝術麵包的主角倒掉,臨場隨機應變,更改原本的擺放位置,讓作品順利完成,取得國手資格。

7. Describe what your experience has been since your involvement with WorldSkills
先設定產品從甜麵包->丹麥麵包->鹹派->開胃小點最後是藝術麵包,再來準備跑流程。

有,在技能競賽培訓的過程中,認識了許多烘焙業界的師傅及老師們,並且透過老師及師傅的教導,學習到更多產品技術。

沒有工作,打算比完賽會升大學。
