Brennan from Edmonton, Alberta, attended the Northern Institute of Technologie to study and train in Industrial Control. He chose the trade for the variety of sectors that welcome his talents. “I’d like to move up in a company and make a different within the organization,” says Roy-Bertin. Having moved from Ontario to Alberta at 17 years of age to start an apprenticeship in the Diamond mines, Roy-Bertin is currently employed by Aecom. When he’s not driving his career forward, he straps up his hockey skates and clicks into his skis.
