Gabriel a étudié l’aménagement paysager à l’Immeuble Casavant de l’École professionnelle de Saint-Hyacinthe, à Saint-Hyacinthe. Il s’est lancé dans ce domaine dans l’objectif de devenir un créateur indépendant d’aménagements paysagers. Plus tard, il compte lancer sa propre entreprise. « Je voudrais faire partager ma passion aux clients », d’expliquer Gabriel.
